I’m a twenty-something American girl living in Vienna, Austria.  I spent 2 years obtaining my MBA ( studying in Vienna, Bangkok and Shanghai) and traveling every chance that I had (20+ countries in 20+ months, not too bad for a student).   I met the love of my life in Shanghai, who just happened to be an Austrian- go figure!  I made the difficult decision to accept a job and move back to Vienna in order to avoid a long distance relationship, and so the new phase of my life began in August 2010.  I’ve had my highs and lows since then, battling homesickness and adjusting to being a working woman instead of a “wander woman,” but overall, life is pretty sweet…and I have a feeling it will only get better

Update: The Austrian and I are engaged!  He proposed on August 13, 2011 and we’ll be married in April 2012.  Please excuse what will most likely be a plethora of wedding related posts for the next 6-7 months
