I know I am a little late to the party with submitting my review but I wanted to give my 2 cents about it as it was just recently released in Vienna. I had very high expectations for this movie…I wanted to love it. I had heard many things about it being like the “Hangover” for girls and something that both guys and girls could enjoy. Unfortunately, I left the theater disappointed. My 3 main problems with the movie were:
1) The movie, at 125 min, is too long. I caught myself looking at my watch several times during the movie.
2) Dont let anyone fool you, the movie is a TOTAL chick flick. Your boyfriend/husband will not be amused that you’ve forced him to join you.
3) They totally under used Wendi McLendon-Covey!
Dont get me wrong, there were some very funny parts and I had my share of laughs. I would not discourage anyone from seeing the movie but I would encourage waiting until the DVD comes out 😉
